Add the Volt

I do not think the car needs to be added, as their is already an energy AR in the game (havoc). They need a fast, reactionary smg. However, CAR isn't a terrible idea later on, when they run out of ideas.
@catmix666 The Car isn't an energy smg, the Volt is.
