Adding an option to disable texture streaming?

Texture streaming is the dumbest thing for a #competative skill based team based shooter. Even if you dont have a 24gb Vram , thats why settings are for to set them up for your system if you can play on 4k textures or 1k doesnt matter, you set it up , thats what settings are for but respawn made those settings just  cosmetic having no realistic impact on performance regardless of waht you set up in there #tested thoroughly 

so until some sense and intelligence finds its way into respawn and ea greed hive, it is what it is
