Advanced Audio/Video Interface Settings

Is there a feature where I can set a different audio language setting from interface language settings?  For example, I like how the Japanese language audio but want to still read everything in-game in English.  Thanks for your time!

    @GGChewy_UwU Yes I want to have the audio in Japanese too, but we are in 2021 and there is still no way to change the language of the voice
