@Dublcup666 don't listen to that guy it's not a controller issue it's a server issue. It's you desynchronizing from the server. I had the same problem all of season 4. Bought a new controller and no change, season 5 comes out and it's gone. Only game that does this

Thanks for the reply bro! Hopefully we will get a permanent fix soon, it seems a lot better now in season 5 than it was before. However there are still times it happens but definitely less frequent than before, for me anyway
