I think the best solutions for it is to when aim assist is turned off by an ability that ability should also disrupt MNK. So if a MNK player is in smoke their sensitivity should change to make them inconsistent too.
Biggest annoyance with no aim assist in smoke is the inconsistency of the sensitivity, one second it's aim assist slowdown is on and next second it's off then on then off. Making it very difficult to control anything. MNK players should also feel this inconsistency in their sensitivity to make it fair. So perhaps make MNK sensitivity faster when in smoke so it's more difficult for them to aim too.
