allow page up/down for death box/black market scrolling

one of the things that has really surprised me about this game is that deathbox/black market looting is faster on console then PC. yeah a pc player can more accurately select an item probably but we take alot of wheel scrolling to get down it. and it amazes me that page up/down is not allowed/not used for this purpose. i initially thought this would be fixed sooner rather then later when i started playing in season 7. here we are season 10 and  still this hasnt been added and im curious if the devs have a reason for not implementing this? was this previously implemented? or allow us to change the "scroll" speed like console players can adjust menu cursor speed. hell a bigger and more easily grabbable scroll bar would be acceptable at this point. i have sitting there scrolling like im going through google results just to scroll a page down to get to the attachments etc...
