So you and helperz do damage control here, noted. Its just sad that hal and gen getting hacked mid algs game lol
I do not do damage control here.
I am a fellow community member and avid gamer that trys to help others understand things and help them when they need help. Thats good for the community, for me and the games I love to play.
IMHO Hal and Gen did not get hacked mid game, their hardware was compromised beforehand and exploited during those games. Maybe Hal and Gen need to think about how they go about their own personal cybersecurity.

From what I can tell, the anti-cheat doesn't work and Apex is way too hackable. Games like Fortnite and Dead by Daylight uses EAC as well, but I don't see hackers in it every single match. I see hackers every other match or every other 5th or so match. Apex though? Hackers are in EVERY single match.
What does that mean to me? While 3 uses the same anti-cheat, 2 of them at least tries to patch out cheaters, while Apex leaves the door wide open for cheaters to cheat. Think about it, a cheater sent 40+ bots after pro players, nothing happened or was said about it by EA/Respawn. Pro players were given 4k+ packs, nothing happened or was said about it by EA/Respawn. Then the ALGS got hacked. To me, if EA/Respawn cared, the hacks wouldn't of been possible, just saying you don't hear any of this happening in games like Fortnite.
EA/Respawn wants people playing their game, but no one is going to want to stick around besides the cheaters.
Edited: Saw a Revenant using cheats while they were plat 3. I reported them in-game for cheating. An hour later, they're now plat 2, still in my matches using cheats. They're snapping from target to target without missing a single shot, yet the "anti-cheat", thinks they're a legit player as they b-line to everyone in the match with their wall hacks.
This is honestly sad.
