any upcoming changes for ash?

can we have a rework for ash tac and passive plz? cuz her snare is completely useless
the snares are so slow if the enemy is far and it does no damage just hold the person for a sec
the dashing is also useless... I can talk for hours about and people already been complaining about it and it's time for a change plz.
