Apex arena rating system is broken

indeed  win 80% in placements had to crawl to silver 2 at 12 ap per game and loss 16 or more if i lose yet  do 10 kills 3k damage

I got do diamond 1 with 20-30 point game wins, now that a reached diamond 1 I get 12 points a game unless on a winning streak. Look up the gaming merchant video on YouTube, he has a video explaining how he thinks the MMR system works. In my opinion it is pretty accurate.

    I'm a hard stuck plat 4 im BR for 2 years and made it to gold 4 duo with my friend. After winning like 3 games in a row owning a bunch of fools, the game decided we are ready for ALG and proceed to match us with a full 3 stack master with amazon sale sweaty ACEU/Timmy with some dude that has 40k kills on 1 champ while I barely have 4k kills after 2 years of playing all of my favourite legends. This system is a completely utterly bull

      The arena ranked system is garbage and something needs to be done. I am diamond 4 and am stuck at the same AP. I find myself constantly getting more damage than my teammates (mostly because they are silver ranked) and end up losing the game because of their mistakes. Just today I got a -40 because my teammate wouldn't stop inting on the other team. This is a big number considering the average points I get for a win is 12. So I am in this constant loop of gaining 12 for my wins and losing it all with one big blow. I want a better arena ranked system so that I am put in similar skilled lobbies and not punished so hard for solo queueing because as of right now, matchmaking probably doesn't exist and I am not enjoying this game mode. I also have friends who agree that this ranked system is absolute trash. Can something please be done?

        @Dreadingzs Arena Ranked is just normal Arenas, except they shove more smurphs on the enemy team and make you baby sit more noob teammates.
