Apex arena rating system is broken

@mooge_pew_pew I've also created a thread for this. I am stuck at Plat I, because I lose between -12 and -18 for losses and only gain +12 for wins. And EVERY SINGLE GAME my teammates are Level 30ish, Bronze or Silver players.

There is something inherently wrong with their ranked arenas matchmaking system and its extremely upsetting that they have not even aknowledged it or made any sort of response, statement, or anything to let us know they are addressing it, even though there are handfulls of threads of people saying all the same stuff.

Oh, and like you, i play with a friend who has skyrocketed past me into diamond because he gets a minimum of 30something for wins and loses -12 for losses, even though he has equal or better stats than me (ranked arenas k/d, damage, etc)
