If you spent over 5,000 hours on this game, its crazy that you are still in gold and silver lobbies.
Assuming you started playing the game the very day it came out, that is 1,416 days of apex, or 33,984 hours of available time to play apex. If you played 5001 hours of apex, that means that you spent 15% of your total available time playing apex (it is actually closer to like 20%-25% if you consider sleeping.
How can you possibly be in gold or silver still? You can't say you take breaks, because you would need to play apex 3.6 hours a day every day since 04 FEB 2019 to get the amount of hours you claim to have played.

You are lying about how much you play the game or you are not good and getting out played.

Hey, if there's some express lane in this game where I can flash my "20,000 matches" badge and just pick up my master rank then please tell me where that is so I can get in line immediately. Or acknowledge the fact that time-in-game may have a relationship to skill, but that with very few exceptions players hit a ceiling that no amount of practice or time will overcome.

He's saying, if I'm reading him right, that there is a difference between getting outplayed and getting cheated. Most often we are outplayed. Sometimes it's very hard to tell which it was and I give the opponent the benefit of the doubt. And every once in a while someone is cheating. I most often know this not by the enemies I face, but by the things my cheating squadmates will do. One guy alone getting full squad wipe after full squad wipe while taking almost no damage ever? Call him good all day long if it please you, but I call it bs. Can I say bs if I don't put ***** in the middle of it?
And whenever the subject of cheating arises the first question out of your mouth should be to ask the op if he's pc or console. Assume that pc players face cheaters in every single match they play. PC is a craphole of cheating. It always has been and it always will be. And thanks to strikes and anti-recoil mods I'm pretty sure console is well on the way to being a sewer too.
Oh, and also tell me where I can find that magic all-headshot 301, because that would come in super handy.
