Apex legends abandon penalty for 11 HOURS!!!

I was playing my first match in Apex Legends for the day, and I left early after being killed. I instantly got penalized for 720 minutes!!! That's 11 hours!!! This is ridiculous! I completely understand that leaving the game early isn't fair for the other players, but being penalized for 11 HOURS?! NOT acceptable!!!

    No empathy from my end, you sign up for a match knowingly you match with others that also are under the same rule, nobody likes leavers and the fact you got 11 hours means you've done it a lot.

    @NitroTech_4K Stick to pubs, leave as much as you want

    Honestly i dont understand why players even leave ranked games... just wait to be respawned and if they don’t get your banner just go afk for 5-10 minutes and gain some free RP

    Besides waiting 5-10 minutes isn’t as bad as waiting 11 hours?
