Buff

Horizon - buff speed in tac buff ulty buff accuracy in tac

Valk - give ability to fly horizontally in ult

Octane - make speed boost free (not take health) give longer cooldown

Seer - bring back OG release tac and buff ult

Bloodhound - give longer ult time (ballistic has up to 45 seconds plus unlimited ammo and faster reloads) give 2 scans, ult should refresh tac and tac cooldown should be much faster in ult

Conduit (kinda) - not terrible but needs her tac buffed so that it restores more shields and faster

Caustic - bigger AOE for ult, traps should tick higher damage

Bangalore - give her more smoke tacs decrease cooldown of tac

Crypto - buff drone health

Rampart - buff minigun handling and spinup speed

Rev - give him back his silence move pounce to holding jump button while grounded and give him tac silence back

Vantage - give her better tac. It’s too slow and clunky echo should deploy faster and jump should also be available quicker

Nerf

Alter - ult can only be taken once instead of unlimited times (keep two ults active on the map) remove scan on tac

Ash - consider lowering snare damage, but also buff her dash the cooldown is too long

Ballistic - remove auto aim aspect of tac to make it a skill shot, possibly shorten duration of ult from 30/45 seconds
