Apex Lengends Matchmaking is Unfair

Same for me too. It's so frustrating being a level 83 player in a pubs game and having to get destroyed constantly because the other team is 3 stack preds and the 3rd party is 2 masters one pred

You better get used to it. Respawn isn't doing a DAMN thing about it.

When numbers alone don't accurately measure skill difference (dying to Level 500+ when you're Level 200, or dying to someone with 7x more kills on 1 character than you have across all your Legends, then you're dying to people who exhibit a skill level that's 10-20x more than me. I might average 1-3 kills, 200-700 damage per game, and I'm constantly playing against people with 10+ kills and doing 2.5-3K+ damage.

Sure, that sounds "about" equal.

Don't expect fairness. Expect to die repeatedly. There's little that's keeping me in this game. My time is better spent elsewhere.

SBMM is based off of two things.

1. How good you are at the game.

2. How many people are playing.

If there were enough players playing, you'd be fairly matched up with people. If there aren't enough people playing, and usually there isn't, you're just gonna get hocked into whatever 60 man group the matchmaker throws together. The alternative is that the developers change the matchmaker to match you with overseas players, or you get to wait forever. Pretty crappy, but what can you do really? 

Apex is just in it to make money, not to make anyone or any kid happy. Its sad.
