@YouShouldHaveRun During S20, I thought there was no way MM in Apex could get any worse. Oh how wrong I was!
As for quitting to the lobby, that is just a symptom. Personally, I do it all the time because almost every game is a lost cause as soon as I get knocked instantly by some cheater or 3 stack of Preds. What's the use at that point?

There are ways to game the matchmaking algorithm. But why should anyone have to? I'm truly sorry if the population has declined to the point that the only way a predator can get a fast match is to be put into a gold lobby, but that falls squarely into the "not my problem" category. We've hit the point where Respawn has to make a very real choice between their beloved fast matches and our demand that an average match not contain the entire span of the skill spectrum in this game. If predators have to wait half an hour for a match... and even maybe quit the game for good... oh well, don't let the door hit you in the **s.- @reconzero Yep. At this point I wonder is there any matchmaking? It feels to me like matchmaking is the same for everyone and every rank, we play pubs we all get those sweats, we play rank we get the same sweats in ALL ranks.
Yesterdays I played with my lvl 55 account that was made to learn Mnk with a friend that just created a brand new account lvl 1. Guess what?? We still got the exact very same opponents we get with our original lvl 2000+ accounts; sweats with 4k badges, Master badges. We always lose so we give up and go play something else.
Tonight I was playing solo rank, going through bronze and silver was long and tough. Then at Gold 4 everythings seemed easy so I won 2 games and got quickly to Gold 3 and a half. Then everything changed for the worse, I get to play only against Plat 4 players, 4 games in a row I play with Gold 3 solos against Plat 4 opponents that have 2k, 4k , masters, 20 bomb badges. I can't grind anynore, I get -35 games, -6 , +7 even tough I carry my solo teammates.
How does that make any sense??- @Palette24carats Just finished one more game... this time against silver players, the one who killed me in the first fight we got was Silver 1 with a 20 bomb badge, 4k badge and he had 13 kills over 2500 damage in that game and it was only 10 teams dead, just halfway into the game. Same old story all the time.
@HappyHourSumwurRight now its at its worst state ever. You can get 1 day with some decent matches and then a straight week in matches that feel like half the lobby is cheating. Theres no way that random people got this much better without using third party software. And sadly if you're solo queuing you are guarantee to get a bot in your team just to get him a chance at the game.
As for now they should forbid 3 stacks in soloq lobbies to force them to unstack or get high match queue times but we all knkow thats not gonna happen

Disgusting, why is the best player always the lower ranked one? Like in this game I just finished the best player in that team top 2 is 5 kills 5 assists bronze 4 playing with another bronze 4 and a silver 1 against us solo q Gold 3 all of us. Rank smurf all the time ruining the whole idea of ranking.
