Apex should let us decide if we like the new changes they do on Legends

Slippery slope. I'm far from happy with this season. Or with the last. But I also don't want an army sweaty, rank-chasing, Watson-watching sheep to be deciding the final product. On the other hand, could they do a worse job? Probably not. Here follows recon's list of all the things I'd like to see Respawn roll back:

1. Evo shields. They only serve to create the illusion that actions affect outcomes in this game. I preferred the old luck-based system of shields-on-the-ground. It was more honest.
2. Self-revive knockdown shield. Sure, take away a small bit of fun that was incredibly rare anyway and then just give it to a single legend. Unlike Valk's ult which you turn around and give to everyone. Great "balancing."
3. Field scan watchyamacallit for recon legends. I'm a recon legend and I use it multiple times in every match. And I'm tired of it. It's a crutch. It needs to go. Way too much scanning in this game.
4. Garbage loot pool. Thinner every season. Remember that old ltm where everything on the ground was level two or three? That went too far. But what we have had as the baseline for the last ten or fifteen seasons is too thin. Which leads me straight to one of my biggest peeves...
5. Late game bin resets. The single most anti-competitive move that Respawn has made to this game. Get rid of it. No more bin resets. No more late-game care packages. No more level two evo caches. If you don't have a decent shield by the endgame then Respawn shouldn't just be handing them out.
6. Respawning with your old shield and weapons. Weakness for weak players. You let someone kill you, you let your squad risk their lives to get you back, and now you expect an actual chance at survival? I'm not saying the guy who killed you wasn't a cheater. He probably was, but if he wasn't then your loaded up respawn is an insult to him and the work he put in to get you in the first place. It's a gd elimination game type. Allow people to be eliminated. Oh wait, you say! How are cheaters supposed to get their 20 bombs if they can't kill the same guy three or four or five times in the same match? Respawn, how do you sleep at night?
7. Mixed console/pc lobbies. Self-explanatory. Anyone who doesn't want this must be a cheater, imo.
8. Every legend buff of the last two seasons. But Ash is far and away the worst.
9. I'd like to see an end to every anti-competitive ltm of the last 10 seasons, but that seems mean-spirited. I personally despise three strikes, revival, straight shot, knock out, and the solos mode. But no one is forcing me to play them. Oh wait, if they're a takeover then they kinda ARE forcing me to play them. Come up with ltms that don't blow, Respawn. Please. Just for once.

It seems as if everything they do is to reduce the roll of luck in the game. I'm sure that's what all the sweats and streamers want, and they're the vocal minority, so I guess it makes sense. I'm not saying the game should be exclusively luck-based, but when it was a little heavier in the mix then players had to think a little harder about what to do if luck didn't smile on them. That was an aspect of the game I really liked. Now all you have to do is hide behind a rock until the reset and take your mythic-grade weapons and red shield. Why even bother having an early- or mid-game? Just drop everyone, fully kitted, into the final circle with three minutes on the clock. I would personally hate it, but it would also make a lot more sense given how worthless the first fifteen minutes of the match really are now.
