The problem is with apex code optimization I think the developers write code which is better optimised for rtx series GPUs and newer CPUs . Cuz I have noticed that this issue is mostly with users with GTX series GPUs and CPUs lower than or = 10th gen . This issue is most common for GTX 1660 s or GTX 1660 ti
