Arena ranked glitch

The fact that I got taken away 12 points because we lost an arena match is fair but it’s not fair when it comes to having only 1 teammate because the other disconnected and didn’t even come back, like seriously it’s not fair I just got 12 points take away just cause me and a pathfinder with a disconnected Valkyrie couldn’t pull off a 2v3 against press like how is that fair, please fix it
