Armory is Broken

I saw an enemy standing outside a building across from the Armory, so I ran to it and started it up. My teammates were close, but were lagging behind. Anyways, I started it up and that nearby enemy rushed in and fought me. I downed him, but his teammates were able to teleport in from underneath. I STARTED IT THOUGH. It should have been my teammates that were allowed inside, NOT the enemy team.

Then there's also the thing where Horizon can throw her tactical on the launch pad and block it.

It definitely needs some work and the game overall just feels really buggy this season. Not being able to climb over things, just launching you back after using a pad or phase. Not sure what causes it.

Anyways, the Armory needs some attention.

    Just curious but how is it supposed to work? I havent really played that much this season but I was in a match when an enemy team was in there fighting the robots and it seems like there was no way for us to fight them. They could finish it, loot it and then take the launch pad out of there with us just standing outside? Perhaps there is a way for enemy team to gain entry but if not, I think THAT is the part that needs reworking. Seems kinda stupid IMO that you are perfectly safe in there once the door has closed. I am generally against all these free high tier loot things that Respawn tries to introduce every big patch. I think high tier loot should be earned, not found, at least more so than the other way around but thats just my opinion =)

    @Balladalidila The way it works is, once you start it, the door closes. Then there’s a teleport thing underneath so your teammates can get in, even if it’s closed. Then like how said, your team can finish it safely without worrying about other teams attacking.

    If I started it, then my team should be the only ones with access to it. Even if an enemy manages to get in there with me.

    The only thing I can think of is that he shot a bot, while I was shooting him. So the game logic determined it was the other teams event? I have no idea. It was just infuriating when it happened.
