Ascension Crest still broken

So how is it that you guys put an ascension crest in the game put an update it fixes it and then they’re still broken again if you’re gonna add something new make sure it’s working. I again can only see mine in the lobby and then when I go and shoot out of a dropship, it shows like I have no rank and has a small thin little circle Ascension crest … happened when I was gold and it’s happening and again now,…whack take them off.
