Ash Buff Idea

Upgrades

• New Level 2 Upgrade (replaces One Minute to Live) - Ultimate Cooldown (reduces Ult cooldown by 30 seconds)

Passive

• Ash can now scan death boxes of enemies her squad has killed to track their remaining teammates
• Ash Passive tracks enemies on map for 60 seconds (One Minute to Live base-kit)

Tactical

• Ash can use Arc Snare and use weapons/heals simultaneously (similar to how Bangalore can use her smokes while healing and shooting)
• Tethered enemies have their movement abilities disabled

Ultimate

• Should be more accurate when placing
• Portal exit only appears when Ash arrives at her destination
