Ash Meta is completely unplayable, skill distribution issues, pickrate issues

I'm all for reworking legends to make them a fun, playable character, but the Ash meta is completely unplayable. Two dashes, two snares, two portals, overall low risk high reward character.  Easiest character to play and hard to counter. People saying she's not easy or not hard to play against are the 3 stack preds or the one's abusing it. The dashes have to go or make a way to break out of a snare, OR remove the 20 damage from it. People were complaining so much about the "Rev meta," and he is hard to play. Recon class, except Sparrow because he has free movement like Ash, unplayable. Controller class? Unheard of.  If Ash gets to be the common problem, go ahead and buff Seer and Revenant again. Everyone thought the Seer meta was terrible, Ash meta is far worse. I'd rather be stunned and blinded over and over than snared and picked off. This isn't a "get better at the game lol" issue. This is a "we have no idea how to balance a character" issue. As said before, if we're going to make Ash the wall bouncing, free mobility legends- remove the nerfs on Revenant. Get rid of the ultimate slow, reduce the cooldown again, give him 75 shields so he can tank against Ash. If we don't want to buff Rev, nerf Ash. Get rid of the dashes OR remove how instant her ult is. Give it some sort of delay like Rev instead of it bring instantaneous. Alter and Ballistic is just as bad. About to clutch a 1v3 or finish a guy? Too bad, the Nexus allows a full escape and reset + her perk with the support rez. Put a timer back on the Nexus, don't make it infinite, or remove her support perk. Ballistic? Got to be some way to counter the smart bullet. You're whistled, snared and queued back into another game. There can be a Wattson or Gibraltar Meta and that'd be better than the current state of the game. It's terrible for new players, skill distribution rewards Preds by feeding them lower-level players. Put Preds in Pred games, not letting them slam a level 160 player. The state of the game is actually so sad, and there's no sign of any Ash, Ballistic, or Alter (even Sparrow - who cares if he just came out). We're going to be focusing on how many skins we can make instead of maintaining the health of the game and looking into balance changes. 

Remove Ash to look into balance changes, watch how the Ash abusers cannot go playing without her and her free movement.
