Your server auto selection is terrible, even its say 15ms but its jitters like hell. Everyday i need to wait like 10 minutes to select another alternate server. Give a quick option in server selection for users to determined which is best for them, not by your system detection that select to lowest latency which is unstable for some networks.

Thank you for the concern about my issues, its Singapore GCE-1. The ping its around 15ms and yeah i monitored with a tool and rectified that somehow its spiking to 200-300ms when there is to many enemies around and shooting. Even i face some packet loss during peak hour at night 8pm+, so i thought maybe some sort heavy traffic issue to my network. So i tried to use GPN such as wtfast and Pingzapper, still same. I can get to 10ms to that server but its spiking and jitter for most of the time. And i also face slow motion all this time on this server and since i change to Singapore GCE-2, so far i didn't face this spiking or slow landing issues. I'm a networking person, part time profession, so yes i did all those basic easy troubleshoot before i start playing this game. Please acknowledge this to your network department, somehow the server you guys hosting its kinda unstable.

Does your router have the latest firmware and do you have Killer Control Center? That's caused random ping spikes and rubberbanding.

I forget about this topic after you banned me 3 days for telling the truth that a topic dosent exist.
Regarding this topic, well, you guys does know that the killer control software its only compatible certain hardwares? and its only prioritize the bandwith? i prefer to adjust my MTU to optimize my connection. You guys keep defending your servers and you get tons of complain of tick rates and slow motion issue still you think the issue based on users end.
You know what, i dont care anymore with your game situation, i trying to help to address the technical aspect at your game but its kinda useless getting replied such an unprofessional way.

An untick and denial for specific data centers would be great, I don't mind waiting to connect to the local ones.
