Auto swtich Prowler to full-auto.

When you equip a Prowler with the select-fire hop up it will remain on burst fire instead of automatically switching to full-auto. It should initially change automatically, like what the G7 and Eva do when you pick up a double-tap. Been in a couple situations where I've expected it to be in full-auto but it hasn't.
