@TheApexLegendNub Yeah sorry but the stun (and wide range) is the only thing that makes her ultimate useful. Increasing the damage wouldn't do much as you can easily avoid it or tank/heal through the damage and keep pushing. Making it detonate quicker may be a significant enough buff to justify losing the stun but a lot of people would be mad. Imagine how hated a third partying Bangalore would be if there was little to no time to escape her Ultimate.
Stun is obnoxious in any game and in any form but I can't see a reasonable compromise without ditching her whole Ult.
