She's not picked that much on PC compared to console. On console, she's meta in Ranked.
She hard to hit because she starts to strafe if you missed your first few shots on her.
It could be from the strong aim assist on console. As soon as her speed buff kicks it, I always struggle to get my aim back on her. Overcorrected then aim is momentarily slowed by aim assist, making me look like a potatoe at times...
