Bangalore rework/improvement/buff

Well, Bagalore is one of the legends I personally can't really find much of a liking on. I like Gibby, I like Bloodhound, heck, I even like Crypto and Pathfinder. Yet Bangalore feels... Lackluster......

@Peri_Longbow_plz The only thing that needs to be changed for Bangalore is her ultimate, It's not meant to damage the enemy like Gibraltar ult but rather as an escaping tool or to spread enemy squad members in different places so you can take them down one by one. And the smoke that comes out of rockets after they explode can be used to break enemies line of sight too. The only change she needs is a reduction to her ultimate cooldown. That's it.

    @SERPENT_DESCEND I doubt this is the sole role of Bangalore. The whole getaway gimmick is spread around on various legends: Loba, Pathfinder, Wraith, Mirage, Octane... We don't need more than what we already have. Bangalore is depicted as an offensive legend. In her trailer, her rolling thunder was depicted and named the biggest AoE ability with high damage, so it's a DAMAGE ability.

    @SERPENT_DESCEND  I agree with this man! For me personally @Peri_Longbow_plz , I actually found Bangalore to be a solid pick for a wide variety of situations. I mean, I always play all the Legends equally, but Bangalore has a passive that can take effect at any given situation involving an enemy! I believe her smoke launcher already does ~10 damage when the smoke explodes; But having more damage on hit may be interesting... It's typically not a reliable "strategy", but should the projectile hit an enemy...? Perhaps a small amount of extra damage would be okay?

    I mean, I hit enemies with Frag grenades -NOT Arc Stars (although, I stick alot of people with those too!) and it deals like 10 damage to "ding" an enemy with those.

    And yeah, as @SERPENT_DESCEND  said, I feel like her Rolling Thunder ain't meant to be a big damage dealer, but a "scare tactic" or as a means to escape or block an area of interest. I think they actually increased the damage of each missile -from what it used to be? It can, punish players who remain in the field though. But maybe the "shell-shock" effect could last a tad longer even?
