@glezaddiel18 Hey there when it comes to bans there is nothing the forums can assist with other than pointing you to the proper channels to contest the ban. This is only information the Terms of Service Teams can access. Below I will leave a link of how to contact them.

@glezaddiel18 Wait times can be a tad long. When reports come in it is not just Apex. EA Terms of Service teams deal with all games across EA. So with that being said it can have some wait time due to pandemic lots being at home still the tickets pile up.
