A month after purchasing the FF7 event in its entirety, My account was banned for TOS infringement with no other explanation. No specifics. As a player for 8 years with 1500+ hrs on the game, this is insane to me. How could anyone expect a player base to spend money on a product with these terms? How often are accounts getting banned for cloudy reasons with no recourse? I have recently captured footage of real cheaters aim snapping and wall hacking without a care in the world. I would be happy to show the world this footage but i can't post it here.
Not to sound insulting but:

The game was released in 2019 that's only 5 years.
Back to your main concern however, here on AHQ we cannot assist with bans etc.
You may want to check your junk/spam folders for notifications as to the reason and or login to your account and check the ban history.
