Banning players without explanation is a failure to the customer.

Banning players without explanation is a failure to the customer. 

A month after purchasing the FF7 event in its entirety, My account was banned for TOS infringement with no other explanation. No specifics. As a player for 8 years with 1500+ hrs on the game, this is insane to me. How could anyone expect a player base to spend money on a product with these terms? How often are accounts getting banned for cloudy reasons with no recourse? I have recently captured footage of real cheaters aim snapping and wall hacking without a care in the world. I would be happy to show the world this footage but i can't post it here.

    Not to sound insulting but: 

    "As a player for 8 years with 1500+ hrs on the game, this is insane to me."

    The game was released in 2019 that's only 5 years.

    Back to your main concern however, here on AHQ we cannot assist with bans etc.

    You may want to check your junk/spam folders for notifications as to the reason and or login to your account and check the ban history.

    If you believe that a sanction (Suspension/Ban) placed on your account was by mistake you should reach out to the Terms of Service team https://help.ea.com/za/help/account/information-about-locked-or-banned-or-suspended-accounts/

  • @Tripl3Zero EA ToS are the worst of the entire gaming industry , if you write anything instead of using pings in game it's auto perma ban.

    you can get perma banned just for saying "gg".

    My fault on the years- i've been a player since day 1, I think the emotional trauma made it feel like a decade lmao

    No problem.

    I can understand the frustration and how that might feel.

    I am a day 1 player myself and Apex helped me through the whole Covid lockdown Blues.

    I hope that you can get your account restored.

    They stood by thier original claim of me cheating. This is most sad as i've never cheated.  Not seeking recourse on this thread just sharing for more players to see.

    @Tripl3Zeroa friend got perma like that aswell , he had such a bad connection that he had high ping , he got perma for that lmao
