    Not to sound insulting but: 

    "As a player for 8 years with 1500+ hrs on the game, this is insane to me."

    The game was released in 2019 that's only 5 years.

    Back to your main concern however, here on AHQ we cannot assist with bans etc.

    You may want to check your junk/spam folders for notifications as to the reason and or login to your account and check the ban history.
