Be able to ping squad members status of your Ultimate ability

1.) A button/ key-binding for ping the current status of my Ultimate. It's all well and fine if you have a mic and party options available to communicate how far along your Ult is in loading. But I've come across a lot of situations in which I have to go into chat and type out what my status currently is. Adding this feature would be TREMENDOUSLY helpful, imho.

I personally wouldn't mind a feature like that myself. Thanks for sharing your suggestions with us, we've also seen some chatter around making it easier to add players you've grouped up with too. Check out the discussion below.

How did you guys "play for a month without comms" and not realize you needed a way to tell if ults were up lol. Sorry for being a * about it but it's kind of funny.

  Telling ult status isn't necessary in this game unlike overwatch.

  I think he's talking about notifying your squad members on how close your ultimate is ready through the ping system. I can see a situation where you'll want Bangalore and Gibraltar to use their ultimates at the same time to cover more ground.

    or, rather than simultaneously....in succession, so you have double the time to push/flank/flee.
    
    Or if you're sitting at 95% ult with Lifeline, your teammates stick close to you, for that sweet, sweet candy.
    
    Lots of tactical reasons to be able to tell your squad where your Ult is at. Being able to do sans-mic should be an option.

  I don't mean that I quite literally JUST realized that there wasnt a way for that. It had been something i noticed from the first game I played. However, I'm not one to normally post feedback on Forums about games so I felt that after playing for a month and not seeing any update or huge chatter about this feature, that I should probably find a thread on EA's site and throw my opinion out there.

Thank you for your responses everyone! I think it would be a useful tool to implement into the game. Also thank you Blueberry for your input, I'll keep scrolling the forums and waiting for updates!
