Between season 1 and season 2
After playing this game from the release and until now, I have experienced good and bad things happening in Apex Legends these last few months. But anyway, I had a blast while trying to aim for new personal records, playing along with a bunch of randoms, and having late night games with friends.
What I really enjoyed with this game, is the trackers. It was fun to see how many kills I've got since I started playing, but also how many wins I got from season 1. What I miss with this trackers, and especially with the wins trackers, is all wins I've got outside of season 1. If that could be changed for next season, where they either add or separate the trackers, it would be easier to keep a track of how you as a gamer is doing.
Another thing I miss with this game, is a record of match where I can go back and see what went wrong. So many times have I been sniped or killed in insane ways, which I then wanted to go back to see the match from the opponents view to see if the really hit me or if it was a bug in the game. This is not an option at the moment.
Recent days I have found it really frustrating that the weapons seem to hit outside the characters, even when I'm constantly following and aiming at the enemies. And what about the energy weapons? Enemies seem to have a shorter loading time than me without the turbo charger. And when battling some enemies who uses energy weapons, and you enter the fight with either a P2020, Mozambique, or one of those weapons who either shoot slow, one bullet at a time or have low magazines, you loose the battle really quick.
And last, I come to the knockdown shields. Early in this game, when this whole adventure started, I found it nice that the knockdown shield was a knockdown shield. You could live a little longer knocked down when the shield was blown away. After some updates this ran away, and I found myself eliminated when the knockdown shield was shot away, and they didn't hit me anymore. Is the whole concept of a knockdown shield gone?
Hope there will be some changes to the weak weapons in season 2, I look forward to see what you will do with knockdown shield, and I am looking forward to what other things may come when season 2 drops.
