Bring back the 100 hp for Gold Armor but make it only spawn in Care Packages

I don't like this idea honestly. Gold armor should be hard to find but locking it behind care package rng would make them to rare. The heal perk on gold armor already makes it better than red in my opinion Yes red evo has more shields but gold armor gives you more out of shield cells and syringes, so you conserve resources and full heal faster. 

Purple and gold armor should be 100 hp again tho
