Buff the Alternator

Increase damage and or mag size and make it viable against the Prowler and the ( sweaty I need that gun to win ) R99. 

Leave the pistols for early drop weapons, and for those that argue that the Alternator is meant to be an early drop weapon there are just as many Hemlocks, eva 8, Flatlines, R99's etc on drop so that point is invalid.

We need another competitive smg, the R99 is getting so boring and repetitive. Maybe even add the CAR or Volt from TF2 already.

I'm an aggressive player but I'm so bored of the R99.
