Can we please suspend habitual leavers from Arena?

The leaver penalty is pretty minor, does barely anything to the leaver and locks the players in a 1v3/2v3. It should automatically close out the game and drop everyone back in the que. Also Add expo...

@Poc808 You say that, but most people don't have friends online or those who play arenas and we shouldn't have to deal with low level players on our teams, who just started playing. Also I would like to stay out of arenas, but they're pushing challenges hard for the mode.

@Midnight9746 These challenges have got to go... make them for any mode or don’t add the damn things at all simple as that
