Cannot buy new octane bundle because I have the hemlock skin

What happens when the bug occurs? I cannot purchase the recently released octane bundle in the store because I own the hemlock skin already and the bundle is "locked" because of it. I should still be able to buy it!!!!
What should be happening instead? I should be able to buy the recently released octane bundle with a discount since I own the hemlock skin which is an item in the bundle. I do not own the octane skin, and I REALLY want the bonus octane only apex packs. This definitely cannot be how you meant to set it up.
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Simulate trying to purchase the bundle with only the "gradient descent" hemlock skin unlocked.
