I tend to agree...
Yesterday was another terrible day playing Apex Legends soloQ...whilst I need to admit, that I currently try to do a lot of XP-farming to get at least a couple of levels on my battlepass done...and I still suck in aiming...but I know, that need to play around with the mouse settings a little bit more during the weekend...it starts getting quite annoying playing solo/duo most of the time...I didn't play a lot yesterday (maybe 8 games in total...), but I can't remember one game being full squad a minute after the game started...

I never played a different BR before & maybe this is normal behaviour in these kind of games...but whilst I can ignore bad gameplay (as I'm also far far away from a good player) - I really struggle to understand above mentioned behaviour...and it seems like - if you want to play & enjoy this game, you really need to have a pre-made squad...
To be fair - I also had a couple of really nice games with randoms independent of their level...but the reality is, that these games are very rare...and that's not good for this game at all...
Just had a Guy not even pick up my Banner after clearing the Area then ran off with the other banner to respawn......

People are stupid in every game, how is a devs supposed to fix people being dumb?
The only thing i can suggest is a LFG system so you can kind of pick a squad before , similar to Overwatch
But like that not 100% going to fix the problem.
You have every right to quit but not sure what how posting about stupid randoms is going to help the devs improve the game?
they have other more pressing problems to deal with like the hacking and bad sever response and the hit reg problems.
Nobody uses LFG in OW nowadays; it's just dead.

Solo mod. It's not nuclear science.
I have had some shockers lately.
Teammates who quit instantly once downed even when they could have been easily revived. Teammates who purposefully leave you to timeout and one set of two who left me to die, picked up my banner and then told me I could 'quit now' and even went so far as to taunt a revive. Fortunately karma had my back and they soon died whilst I watched and laughed. Oh and one who was seconds away from drop shipped back in and then they quit.
As time ticks by it is also increasingly difficult to keep a team together before you even hit the ground.
