Can't use items to heal etc..

I've just lost a max KP ranked game due to the game not allowing me to use any of my shields or health. On top of that, my lifeline put her health drone down and that didn't heal me and once the ring downed me I instantly died instead of my team mates being abpebto revive. I know this is a glitch with the crafter but I never used it the whole match.

On top of that, constant server issues every few matches. What's going on?
