Case not created, I have been waiting for 3years, plz just fix my account

Actually, didn't you notice that my account had a different IP when it was being hacked? You can find the IP address. I am in Macau, and the account registration also lists Macau. If there was another IP logging into my account, shouldn't there have been a notification? Macau doesn't require a VPN. If a VPN was used, you would notice the IP address changed. Clearly, the later actions were not controlled by me at all, and I certainly would not lend my account to anyone else. I have appealed many times before, insisting that it wasn't me. Now, it's been several months, and you really haven't paid attention? I just want to get back what I lost.
