Caustic isn't the only one. The entire roster is example after example of willful nerfs to legends that didn't need it, absurd buffs to legends that were already strong, and not just a little bit of neglect for many of them - like Caustic, Pathfinder, etc. When you figure out the pattern and purpose behind the way they treat the legends in this game then please come back and share it with the group because I'll be fried in fat if I can figure out why they do anything they do anymore. It honestly seems as if they have a quarterly conference call with streamers and then they just do whatever the content creators want. It's the only way I can explain the randomness of it all.
We used to say back in the day that they rotated the gun effectiveness on a daily schedule. So some guns would be more effective depending on the day. (I think that may have been since prove true?) so they don’t really have any reason to do the stuff they do other than to **bleep** people off. It’s the only logical reason I can come up with to justify to stupidity with which they make these decisions. 🤷♂️
