Chat window issues

So in arenas. If you start your a chat while being in a round and the round stops. You go to the what ever cut scene. Chat windows is gone. The you get to the buy weapons. No chat window. You can't open one. Then the round start, well hello there is the Chat window. 

I cannot understand you have testers testing this game. I just struggle with it. How are the chat window not in front of all the other screens?

@klakandIts also very annoying in Arenas when you are trying to report someone for obviously smurfing (level 9 with a 20 bomb) but whenever the screen changes or round ends the report goes away so you can’t even report anyone fast enough...

Chat and kill recap should remain until you close it. If you're still typing or looking at the recap when the screen changes, you get respawned, round starts, etc. then it just punishes you mostly. I hate trying to read the kill recap or typing out a message to my team and the game just goes "lol sorry!"
