As Anticheats become better, cheats themselves advance further too.
With new cheat technology moving towards AI tech making it 100% impossible to detect, it wouldn't be surprising to see an influx of cheaters soon.
Now of course, currently something can be done to the cheats that make up the largest part of the market, though this isn't always as easy.
Especially noting that there is already a lot of information out there on the source engine, so it would prove useful to the cheat devs despite Apex using a modified engine of it.
Now, I myself have never really encountered a cheater.
This could be related to region or that the amount of cheaters is much smaller that it would only affect some players.
I've always seen that players call out other players for cheaters whilst that wasn't the case, I'm not saying you are doing this OP, though this does happen a lot.
(Thus making the issue seem bigger than it is)
I am aware of how flawed the matchmaker might function in certain matches, therefore creating a massive skill disparity in a single lobby.
Meaning that to a Bronze-Silver player it might seem like cheats whilst it's a predator player they're facing.
It doesn't really help that there are many smurfs too, though it's just what it is.
Hopefully some advances can be made, though in the end they will still exist here and there.
Yes I do agree with what you are saying but if you watch people it's far easier to see if they are or not I'm not talking about an anti cheat fix I'm talking about putting in the man hours having a team large enough to watch these claims yes I understand the amount of reports are much higher than the amount of people who can catch them watching these cheaters are the best possible way to tell as for the match making the predators in low lobbies has been a glitch for a very very very long time it's a glitch they physically do to enter these lobbies I have seen predators in my lobbies but there has been how many patches now? And yet this glitch still hasnt been fixed this is something that's been around since season 4 it's now season 14 and nothing has been done about it? It's honestly rampant super rampant I was playing last night and ran into another an octane who was getting shot at by my team dropped off a mountain landed on top of my caustic gas trap right on top of it didnt go off and ate an entire purple mag clip of car at point blank range and that's just legit like if you watch these players it's obvious but if u simply rely on an anti cheat of course they wont be caught for every advancement there is counter advancement but you cant honestly watch that happen and tell me it's legit and that they werent and those are easy bans especially cause this happened in a ranked match
A very good Apex Player (former Pred) experimented with Apex on the SteamDeck, he literally said with the Gyro and AA its too OP, plays like its a sanctioned cheatdevice.
