- @TyD66 Your machine is overheating. I bought an external usb fan and I’ve never had that issue again.
But only apex was effected. The buzzing was the game audio, not the hardware. Everything else worked fine. Switched to another game and saw no issues. No restart needed, no error messages from the system itself. Add to that the error message refers to game logic, rather than any kind of hardware, that explanation doesn’t really make sense.
- @TyD66 It actually does make sense. What he is saying is that a external usb and plugged or did what with it to his computer and it fixed the problem. The game audio is your computer for sure. Because Apex is a kinda loud game in general. So I guess your computer can’t take the noise and make it out probably so it makes that noise to at least make sound. Crashes are just a internet problem(I have two internets and switch between them and never had this problem since Season 2). Hackers are gonna be dealt with after banned, suspended, or locked out accounts. Believe me people need getting their stuff back before anything else. They don’t want to lose players by not helping them gain their account back.
- @Sylvester9991 @Professor_Doggy ok quick clarification: im playing on PS4 pro, not a PC.
@TyD66I know but their is too 500 players that are in predator for PS4 to. It’s top 500 for each platform. It just started this ranked season at the start of season 4(This is misinformation, this is not meant to be posted here.)
- @Sylvester9991 K.... I think you're confused about the topic here. top 500 players in ranked, ranked in general, regardless of platform, has nothing to do with this error message or my complaints...
It's hard to know what's happening but based on what you said and the image you provided, it is similar to what happened to me many times because the Apex game really taxes console memory. I play on Xbox. At certain points in matches, like after intense action, it would make that crazy noise, almost like a grinding sound, and the game would freeze and display an error like what you have up. That is the Xbox (and maybe PS4) trying to save itself from melting. I bought a $10 fan from Fry's that I situate above the heat vents on my Xbox. It has never overheated since, and I've never had that noise/freeze/crash thing happen again. Make of that what you will, but it might solve the issue.
- @TyD66 Oh that wasn’t for you, I’m sorry for the miss information. I meant to write it on another form but I was confused and posted it to here. I’ll delete it real fast.
@TyD66Not that it helps but I had a similiar buzzing issue the other day everytime i plugged in my headphones and had to restart the game to get rid of it but it didn’t happen on apex legends, to me based off of the error message it sounds like the issue was with a certain weapon skin missing a texture file for a certain effect to be applied so i would suggest if your on pc go on origin and right click apex and click verify to make sure all of the files are there and if that dosnt help report a bug for a particular skin you were using that may of needed affects for instance how epic skins have effects on them that move its likely it could of been an epic skin
- @FaIIenAngeI777 That's very interesting... I'm on PS4, but I was using Flat Line at the time with the battle pass skin equipped, and I'd just gotten a kill so it would have been doing its animation... (strokes beard) hmmmmmmm.
