Chinese players banned from using game accelerators

Hi, we removed some posts as they contained unsupported text (we don't have Chinese support here on AHQ, sorry), but from the evidence provided there doesn't appear to be a ban. Rather it looks more like a networking issue.
In that case it might be worth alerting your service provider.

@EA_大​​卫 After APEX launched the reconnection function, it used the accelerator (such as VPN) without closing APEX, and then the account was banned after the IP address was different from the login IP address, which led to the loss of many high-quality players
