Consider adding more in game communication voicelines.

For players that don't always use their mics. It will be pretty useful if the legends communicated more. 

For example sometimes they let the team know by audio if they cracked an enemy other times they don't. It will be useful if they constantly gave critical audio communication. Too often I knock 2 enemies and my teammates have no idea or if I get someone very weak. 

I think this can help close that gaps for players that can't always talk on the mic and can improve solo queuing communication.
