Currently when someone has their ult they can press a button to tell their teammate their ult is ready.
However why not make that more visible for example if the players ult is full their player icon glows. Make it visible to the whole team on how much ult is charging and if their ult is full. Consider doing this with their tacticals too. This will make the game a better experience for people that can't always use their mics in game.

There should be a slim regenerative Ultimate Bar/Line added to the UI for each player's module.
This will help to easily coordinate when to use ultimates. The Ultimate Bar/Line could be displayed above or below a player's health bars, similar to fighting games like Mortal Kombat and Street Fighter. When the bar/line has fully regenerated it can glow and have a small spark at the end.
After further thought, maybe a similar setup could work for tacticals also. For example, when Crypto's drone is lost his teammates could see a slim regenerative Tactical Bar/Line. My teammates always expect me to have my drone available. Using this setup they'll be able to see my tactical status.
