Crates missing at lower lvls

Im lvl 28, and i dont get any more crates. This the second one i didnt get. Showed me 1 crate available and then dissapeared. How to solve?

How to solve?

You will get crates less frequently until you reach level 100 at that point you will cease to receive them.
