Cross platform & cheating

Recently I've been seeing a lot of videos and reading a lot of forums about the cheating that is overtaking AL. As a console player, i'm sure it's not affecting me (if at all yet) as much as the PC community. Since I've been enjoying this game, I try to keep up on news and updates about, which is when I saw they might introduce cross platform play. This concerned me. I would prefer not to have cross play, unless it was between console only. No offense to legitimate PC gamers, but I would hate to see the predominantly PC cheating gamers integrated in with console players and feel it would have quite a negative affect overall on the player base. As I said, I like this game, but the growing amount of cheating will destroy it's longevity. Just my thoughts.
