Crossplay is ruining Apex legends

@sixcloud these are my stats, all i found on my lobbies are console players playing with another controller player on PC (above 80%,) and with my stats, the controller players in my lobby one clip you every time, the problem of playing against controller players is that you are being punished of not having 100% accuracy, only because aim assist, if your take is: "git gud" should be also for Console/controller players, remove assist and let them git gud.

BUT THAT will never happen so... i agree with having the option of just turn off crossplay, was removed from pc a long ago.

Get the consoles out my lobbies unless im playing with a friend on console. If i wanted to fight such a strong aim assist i would own a console to match that aim assist. I play no where as often as i use to because of this. There are very glitchy things with console users in pc lobbies that are never addressed such as these folks are able to shoot through doors or around corners. Something is broke with the aim assist giving bullets a mini like tracer bullet that follows. As soon as you turn a corner they still land 1-2 shots despite being behind the wall. 

I usually play apex with my friends, who are both xbox players. And let me tell you, they may have aim assist, but movement and flicking are harder for console players. What I'm trying to say is that it's actually pretty well evened out. My friends and I are at the same skill level, and are on different platforms. And guess what? We perform eerily similarly. It's almost like things are balanced out between the advantages and disadvantages of playing on different platforms! (In fact, I might go so far as to say this game is easier for pc players, as I joined in season 5 and both of my friends are release players.)

Oh, also! I took a psychology class lately, and something I learned was that people tend to notice negative feelings toward something rather than positive or neutral feelings. So it's very likely that for every example you think of when you got one clipped or lasered by a console player, there are 5 more that YOU absolutely destroyed. You just don't notice the ones you beat because they don't stick out to you. I'm fairly confident that that is a large part of why people get aggravated so often in any online game, from overwatch to apex. (Don't judge lol) In overwatch you notice when you get oneshot by widow, but you dont notice the shots they missed earlier. In apex you notice when you get knocked by a console player, but it's no big deal when you knock them. I spend almost all my time on apex with my friends, and they perform just about average, but they can pop off like any pc player. Thank you for coming to my TED talk xP

Crossplay is absolutely ruining the game!! I got matched against a guy with aim hacks the other day...tell me that sh*t happens on console as often as it does on pc not to mention wall hacks. Not only that but everyone complains about aim assist as if it’s this magical source of instant skill but never considers the movement/agility advantages that mouse/keyboard have against controller. Personally from either side of the argument pc/console crossplay should be optional and they aren’t making it optional because it’s in “beta” phase which is just a bullsh*t excuse. 

Lotta people in this thread complaining about console players when I feel like it's the other way around. Im on PC, ex Con(sole) and i regularly squad with my console friends. They also regularly complain because the PC lobbies are so nuts sometimes they can barely keep up. I play maybe a couple times a week with my unemployed pals who game on the daily and i regularly crush their damage and kills and, being real, I'm butt cheeks at this game. PC with their kb/m is 100% master race. I honestly think it just sucks that all my crossplay lobbies are predominantly PC all the time. There's zero real player balance under the current system and the gameplay is suffering terribly as a result. I feel like the answer isnt "get good", its just stop blaming everyone else for you making a bad play in the....say it with me now... the GAME. Which is what this is. Cant make everyone happy. Its far from perfect and still a great BR.
