Crossplay ruined Matchmaking

Crossplay beta comes out, every single game (20 in a row) i get killed by a 20k kill player. Matchmaking just got worse.

    Marking this as solved just for visibility. The matchmaking issues are still under investigation. 

    Thanks for reaching out about the matchmaking issues you've been seeing. Like @CompleatBeet mentioned, the Apex Legends team is currently looking into this.

    Matchmaking is totally down I can’t even get into anything even firing range servers be like

    I’ve been playing Apex since the beginning of Season 4. Not a long time in the grand scheme of things, but long enough to have a feel for the timing. 

    Since the new patch release, I have been matched for exactly one game. I’ve spent over 20 minutes on three separate occasions waiting to be matched for another round. This is simply unacceptable. Considering that the only touted change is crossplay, I would implore you guys at EA to turn that garbage off until you can get it working properly. In the months I’ve been playing, never once have I had to wait more than 5 minutes to enter a match. 

    If you need me, I’ll be playing something else. I have better things to do than wait half an hour to play a game.

    Ever since I released this 10 minutes ago I’ve been sitting in a lobby and I’m still chilling right here in the lobby

    Yeah I keep getting thrown into a loop between "Matchmaking" and "Starting Server"

    Yea, I had this happen for first game of the day 

    after downloading the patch 

    now it’s good for me

    @imatdummerville yeah me too I'm stuck in matchmaking for like 20 min until now I thought crossplay would be better but it seems like it's not the server is broken
